Even though it may appear as though you have exclusive use of an area (and may even maintain it), unless it is on your land title - it remains a Pubic Area.
RED ZONE COMMON QUESTIONS :

- our place is in a very quiet street
- the bin will only be on-site for a few hours

- the bin won’t be blocking any traffic or driveways
RED ZONE SIMPLE ANSWER :
- anywhere in the Red Zone requires approved permission from your Local Council before a bin can be dropped off
